All of our fixtures are handcrafted and may vary slightly. We feel this adds to the uniqueness and beauty of owning a Lowcountry Originals fixture.
Please inspect fixture or notify your distribution center or warehouse facility to do so within 48 hours of receipt. DO NOT ACCEPT A DAMAGED CRATE.
If there are damages you must notify Lowcountry Originals within 48 hours with photos and description of damages or we will not be responsible for damage beyond that point.

The Warehouse performs a 3-Point inspection throughout production. Included with your shipment is a Quality Parts Control Card to insure that your items have been properly packaged with all the correct parts and pieces for installation. Please check to be sure you have all parts. Some customers have inadvertently thrown them out. A packing slip also travels with the shipment attached to the outside of shipping container as well as an open within 48 HOURS notice and FRAGILE notice.
We ship common carrier and pass on the best freight rate at the time we are ready to ship. We do not mark up for shipping. For residential shipping we ship White Glove if so desired. We can ship to your receiver or your onsite warehouse.
When will my product ship?
Product will ship within the 8-10 week time frame of regular production and 10-12 week time frame after the Markets. Once Balance plus shipping and crating is PAID in full, we ship within the week.
How do you ship the product?
We ship product by common carrier through a broker. We offer best freight weight. Smaller items ship via FedEx or UPS. White glove shipping is available upon request.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated through a broker and software calculating best freight rate. WE DO NOT MARK UP SHIPPING.
Crating is calculated as follows:
Standard Crate: 72 x 45 x 36 : $75
Bed Crate 96 x 48 x 37 : $75
X-Large (Multiple orders are anything over standard) : $150
How much for a RUSH order?
Everybody seems to be in a rush these days. Because we are a custom shop, our rush orders are limited due to quality we provide. We only handle a few rush orders due to time required for custom work. Customer Service will check with production to see availability of time. If time allows Fee is 20% of order.
